Trinity Outdoor Living completed two projects for us — we had our pool replaced (complete with a new gas fire pit and resurfacing of our entire patio area) and our patio and roof line extended and couldn’t be happier with both projects. At the beginning of the process we were shown an animation of what the pool area would look like at the end of the project – and the end product looked just as good as what was promised.
This is a family owned business and you are treated as a member of that family throughout the process. Updates are provided routinely, and any decisions necessary during construction/renovation are dealt with in a timely manner in order to keep the project on track. Extremely high quality pool equipment emplaced, which was a great upgrade to our old pool.
As with any construction/renovation projects – there will be items that are a concern – any items that we raised were quickly dealt with – and always to our complete satisfaction.
Overall, a tremendous experience and our backyard has been transformed – again we could not be happier and highly recommend Trinity Outdoor Living – we will definitely use them again for any similar projects in the future.
